Turnkey interactive booth · 19.7 ft LED canvas

Built to stop traffic.
Priced like the booth it replaces.

Most exhibitors pay six figures to look like everyone else. We replace the entire stand with one 19.7 ft interactive LED canvas that becomes your brand. Visitors drive it themselves, from a touch panel at the aisle edge. Hardware, content, freight and a dedicated operator on one invoice, at the price of a conventional booth the same size.

The canvas

A living wall
that responds to you.

We install a 19.7 × 8.2 ft interactive LED wall across the full width of your booth, loaded with an environment built from your brand, then hand you live control of the show. Standardized hardware, a dedicated operator every show day, and your identity at full scale as something a visitor can walk up and use. What repeats is the specification. The booth never does.

Why it works

What changes when the whole
stand is one canvas.

The standard exhibit format has not changed in twenty years: banners, a table, a screen playing a loop.

Size and impact

The biggest thing in the aisle

A 19.7 × 8.2 ft canvas at 3072 × 1280 reads from the far end of the hall — a 55-inch monitor disappears on a floor of several hundred stands.

Your identity

Your brand at full width

The entire wall becomes your identity, designed in rather than printed on — a graphical environment built from your corporate identity, not a logo on a banner.

One screen

Everything on one surface

Slides, product video, a live laptop and idle content all run on the same wall, switched from a single panel.

Live control

The show runs from the panel

A touch panel at the alley edge drives the wall — home, next, previous, and a jump straight to any section, animated in sync across both screens.

A reason to stay

Visitors explore it themselves

Visitors navigate the content without a salesperson standing over them, and your team can present to a group on the same wall when it gets serious.

All-in pricing

No surprise invoices

One number covers hardware, content, freight, and the crew with their travel and accommodation.

What you get

Everything,
on one invoice.

Not an LED wall rental. Not an AV service. Hardware, software, content and crew as a single engagement, with a previsualization of your actual booth on your actual show floor before anything ships.

How it runs

One canvas.
Four modes, out of the box.

From Welcome, the panel opens an interactive presentation, or brings a speaker’s own laptop onto the wall as a live HDMI capture. With no one at the stand, the wall falls to Autopilot. Every mode returns to Welcome when the visitor leaves.

Control

The panel is
part of the show.

A touch panel stands at the alley edge of the booth, where the traffic is. Its interface is built on your brand: home, next, previous, and direct jumps to any section of your presentation.

Every press is animated in sync on the 20 ft wall. Not a clicker driving slides, but a second screen of the same show.

When a speaker is ready, our operator sets their audio to preference — a handed microphone, a stand mic or a head mic — and connects their laptop while the wall carries on running in front of the aisle.

The wall then animates into presentation state with a branded slide still covering the laptop feed. The speaker opens, introduces themselves, and at their cue we animate through to the live capture. The display source is never switched in front of the room, and no one watches a desktop being arranged.

Throughout, the public panel locks itself to a branded holding screen so no passer-by can interrupt, and our operator works from a separate app the public never sees.

The process

From booking to showtime.

Additional show days beyond the included 2.5 are $3,000 per day, covering rental and crew.
Before anything ships

Your booth. Your plot.
Modelled in advance.

We build your stand in 3D and drop it onto the show’s floorplan, on the plot you actually rented. You see what a visitor sees walking up each aisle, who your neighbours are, and what you are competing against. Every add-on visualized in place. Nothing goes into production until you have seen it standing there.

  • On your real plot — not a booth floating in a generic hall
  • Sightlines from every approach — what stops someone coming from the north aisle is not what stops them from the east
  • Neighbours in place — you see the competition you are actually up against
  • Every add-on visualized before you decide whether to buy it

The plot previz and the quote cost you nothing. Both come before you sign anything, so the first thing you decide on is a picture of your own stand on your own plot — not a specification.

The whole show.

One number for the whole engagement: hardware, software, the environment built on your brand, and the crew who run it every show day. Not a starting figure that grows: the quote is what the show costs. Across a multi-show season, the price per show comes down.

What this price
does not cover.

Every venue bills these directly, whoever builds your stand. Here they are up front, so the invoice after the show holds nothing you have not already seen.

Add-ons

Eight ways to go further.

The base package is a complete booth. These are the things worth adding when the room needs more.

01 Printed Side CoversThe flanks of the stand stop being plain black. Printed Side Covers
  • The stand is 3 to 4 ft deep behind the LED face, and both flanks are visible from up and down the aisle. In the base package they are plain matt black
  • Printed in your identity, or backlit — a translucent panel lit from within, so the side reads as a lightbox rather than a wall
  • Works on the return face as well, which is what an aisle sees before it sees the wall
  • Scoped and quoted per project, with the artwork built from the same identity as the canvas
Printed Side Covers
02 Additional Touch DisplaysTwo 55" screens, so the wall keeps running while you talk. Additional Touch Displays, portraitAdditional Touch Displays, landscape
  • Two 55" touch screens, mounted portrait or landscape. Portrait is the control kiosk again, at 55"
  • Each carries a version of the main canvas with the same touch controls, so a visitor can browse the presentation alone or with a salesperson
  • The big wall stays on general content for the room while that happens
  • Several visitors at once, each on their own topic — the reason to add them
  • Same brand system as the main panel and wall
Additional Touch Displays, portrait
Portrait — the control kiosk at 55"

Landscape — the wall in miniature
03 AI AvatarOn its own screen, or standing inside the environment. AI Avatar on its own kioskAI Avatar inside the wall environment
  • Greets visitors and answers questions
  • Presents products when nobody from your team is free
  • Two ways to run it — a portrait screen of its own at the aisle edge, or full height inside the wall environment, where it can also drive the slides
  • Scope is agreed per project before it is built
AI Avatar on its own kiosk

04 Custom Content DevelopmentVisual assets beyond the standard environment. Custom Content Development
  • New sequences, product animation or bespoke interaction
  • $120 per hour, on recorded timesheets, invoiced alongside the next show
  • Scoped and quoted per project before anything starts
  • Built on the same environment, so it stays coherent
Custom Content Development
05 Furniture and Build-OutCounters, seating, and screens built into the furniture. Furniture and Build-Out
  • Counters, stools, brochure stands and storage, in materials taken from your identity rather than hired in as generic show furniture
  • Totems — a screen built into a printed or timber body instead of standing on a visible mount. The same screen, in an object that belongs to the stand
  • Designed alongside the canvas, so the floor and the wall are one piece of work
  • Scoped and quoted per project
Furniture and Build-Out
06 Kinetic Light CeilingProgrammable LED orbs overhead, colour-synced to the wall. Kinetic Light Ceiling
  • Programmable orbs suspended above the stand, the kind of overhead spectacle that stops people across the hall
  • Driven by the same engine as the wall, so light and screen move together
  • Colour and motion follow whatever is on the canvas
  • From $15,000 per show, covering rental, setup and programming
  • Rigging is not included and is quoted separately, at venue rates
  • Subject to venue hanging points and the hall's union labour policy, confirmed during previz
Kinetic Light Ceiling
07 LED FloorA third canvas, underfoot. LED Floor
  • A raised platform about 6 inches deep, so there is a step up onto the stand
  • Its top face is the canvas — driven from the same system as the wall, so content carries from one to the other
  • Guides foot traffic in, and puts branding at floor level where the aisle sees it
  • Reacting to where people stand is a separate custom add-on — it needs sensors and content built against them, and is quoted per project
  • Add-on only, never part of the base package
LED Floor
08 LED CeilingA suspended panel extending your presence overhead. LED Ceiling
  • Visible from further down the hall than the wall alone
  • Subject to venue hanging points and rigging, as above
LED Ceiling
When the standard is not enough

The standard is where we start, not where we stop.

The package and these add-ons are the standardized, priced product. For a flagship stand or a larger footprint, the same team scales past it: wider and multi-sided LED, custom booth architecture and shape, bespoke interactive games and audience engagement, and content built from the ground up. Scoped per project, on the same platform, from the same decade of live production.

Or hand us the whole thing

Stop dealing with trade shows.

The stand lives in our warehouse between shows and travels from one to the next as a booked season. We talk to the organiser, book the space services, handle the paperwork, ship it, build it, run it and strike it. Your team turns up on the morning of day one and presents. Nothing about the show sits on your calendar except the show itself.
